BULL’S HEAD
SOLD This Bull’s Head sculpture is made entirely from piano parts.
The head is made from a grand piano leg, plus solid mahogany from a grand piano lid circa 1890s.
The ears are made from brass piano pedals, and the horns are made from piano keys. The eyes are piano hammers.
A steel rod from the grand’s lyre was formed to make the nose ring.
It’s mounted on a burr walnut panel with the original emblem from the piano lid reading John Brinsmead and Sons / Established in the Reign of King William the Fourth.
